Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

With advanced training in injectables, lasers, and corrective skincare, Amber takes a personalized, results-driven approach focused on enhancing—not changing—your natural beauty. She believes in education, honest recommendations, and creating treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual goals. With over 23 years of experience in nursing and 8 years specializing in plastic surgery, Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to Grand Valley Laser Aesthetics. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Botox injector, she combines her strong clinical background with an artistic eye for creating natural, beautiful results. Her dedication to patient care and safety shines through in every treatment, and she’s known for creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where clients feel confident and cared for. Outside of work, Carrie loves spending time with family and friends, playing cornhole, golfing, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
